The Dukes Creative Learning department provides opportunities for young people to develop creatively, educationally and socially at DT3, our dedicated space for young people’s participatory arts. DT3 runs as a formal partnership with Lancashire County Council Young People’s Service. We operate a four-tiered progression route for young people:
• Tier One (Interact) – Open access participation-based activities including theatre, film making and music production
• Tier Two (Diploma) – Accredited learning and work experience and volunteering opportunities
• Tier Three (Young Leaders) – Training and support for young people to develop own short term project and structured traineeships in directing, film making and technical theatre.
• Tier Four (Artist and Company Development) – Business and creativity support for emerging artists and companies
