Head of Visitor Experience

39 hours per week.
£34,608 pa

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead Front of House operations at The Dukes and to play a key role as part of the theatre’s Senior Management team.

You will be passionate about ensuring the best possible experience for visitors to the theatre, whether that’s buying tickets, coming to see a show, visiting our gallery or hiring one of our spaces, or coming in for a drink and something to eat. You will be responsible to the Chief Executive, be responsible for the Visitor Experience Team (comprising FOH, Box Office, Bar staff and Housekeeping Team as well as our team of volunteers), and you will work closely with the other members of the Senior Management team as well as the theatre’s Board of Trustees.

Head of Marketing and Communications

39 hours per week.
£34,608 pa

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead the Marketing team at the Dukes.

You will have a passion for marketing and audience development and a desire to play a key role in the Senior Management team of The Dukes Playhouse. You will lead on all aspects of The Dukes marketing and comms, have a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious sales targets, and you will work closely with the Chief Executive to evaluate and review data in order to improve the organisation from a marketing point of view. You will be responsible to the Chief Executive, be responsible for the rest of the Marketing Team, and you will work closely with the other members of the Senior Management, FOH Teams and Creative Communities department.
